ExperienceTutoring, for me, is more than simply a cynical ploy to get some quick cash. I love helping people, and truly enjoy the teaching process and discovering, relating, explaining, and analyzing new information. I hope to convey that love of learning to your or your child. I love working with students who want to learn, and believe that with hard work and the right approach, any student can succeed at any subject.

HobbiesI love reading and researching. I spend an inordinate amount of time on Wikipedia researching historical events, but also love novels, especially science fiction. I'm also interested in the law and am looking into law studies.
In addition to reading, I also love athletics and the outdoors. I trained for and competed in rowing through high school and college, and coached briefly. I also love running, hiking, biking, sailing, swimming, skiing, and just about anything that will get me out and doing something in my spare time.
